Wilshire Marks Next Chapter in Expansion Story with Global Rebrand

Modernized brand reflects the firm’s history of client-first approach to solving complex problems and vision to help build a better future

Santa Monica, Calif., September 21, 2021 – Wilshire unveiled today an updated global brand featuring a clear vision to help institutional investors, financial advisors and financial intermediaries improve investment outcomes through streamlined investment, analytics and benchmarking solutions. The new brand builds on the best of the firm’s 40 year legacy advising, and managing assets on behalf of some of the largest institutions worldwide.

Brand Strategy

“So much of what we do is about helping our clients identify, target and achieve their unique investment objectives,” said Jason Schwarz, President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilshire. “Throughout Wilshire’s history, clients have entrusted us to help solve their most complex challenges. With this rebrand, we’re deepening our commitment to improve our clients’ investment outcomes with the full breadth of our offerings, from turnkey to tailored,” noted Schwarz.

Part of the global rebranding includes a new website at wilshire.com, featuring a library of commentary, market data, education and research that covers a variety of asset classes and investment themes, such as private markets, institutional asset flows and holdings, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) content.

Visual Identity

The new visual identity is anchored by a new simplified logo, representing clarity, strength and tenure of the brand, offset by a diamond device that reflects the high quality of services the firm has provided for more than four decades.

A new color palette expands the firm’s historical blue and gray with orange accent to include a wider range of rich, and vibrant warm and cool hues that are designed to mirror the myriad-colored world of viewpoints, challenges, solutions and more all around us.

Concentric circular devices highlight both the importance of our relationships and focus on investment objectives that support a better future. Line art throughout solutions set areas of the site help viewer navigate complexities of every day images with laser precision and ease. Wilshire’s new look and feel will be reflected across a variety of channels including LinkedIn, and most notably in its updated website at wilshire.com.
