Cecilia I. Loo

Senior Managing Director

Ms. Loo joined Wilshire Associates in 1981 and is a member of Wilshire's Board of Directors. She heads the development team of Wilshire Analytics.

Ms. Loo received a BA in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
