Cecilia joined Wilshire’s Analytics Division in 1981 and is a member of Wilshire's Board of Directors. She is the product manager of Wilshire’s Abacus and Omega systems, the Quantum Series’ performance measurement and analysis and trade order management systems. Cecilia received a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Southern California.
