Mr. Ennis is the Chief Investment Officer of Wilshire Private Markets and serves on the Wilshire Private Markets Management Committee and the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors. Mr. Ennis also chairs the Wilshire Private Markets Investment Committee. He has more than 16 years of investment and transaction experience. Jeff serves on numerous limited partner advisory boards for funds managed by industry leading general partners and speaks and industry conferences around the globe.

Mr. Ennis received his BA from Cal State Fullerton and his MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
