Julia joined Wilshire Associates in 1991. She currently directs the Consulting Services division. Julia received a B.S. in Marketing at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
