Mr. Bensur joined Wilshire in 1991 to work with the firm’s consulting clients. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Wilshire Associates. He earned a BA from Westminster College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He also is active in the ICFA and Pittsburgh Society of Financial Analysts.
