Daniel E. Allen, CFA
Senior Managing Director
Mr. Allen, who serves on the Wilshire Private Markets Management Committee, manages the Wilshire Private Markets European Team and is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in Europe. Additionally, Mr. Allen is a member of the Wilshire Private Markets Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Wilshire Associates. He has 20 years of global investment experience.
Mr. Allen serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Alpha, Private Equity Partners, Procuritas Capital, Quadriga Capital, Carmel Ventures and Odin Equity.
Mr. Allen received his BBA from Pacific Lutheran University, his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jeffrey L. Ennis
Senior Managing Director
Mr. Ennis is the Chief Investment Officer of Wilshire Private Markets and serves on the Wilshire Private Markets Management Committee and the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors. Mr. Ennis also chairs the Wilshire Private Markets Investment Committee. He has more than 16 years of investment and transaction experience. Jeff serves on numerous limited partner advisory boards for funds managed by industry leading general partners and speaks and industry conferences around the globe. Mr. Ennis received his BA from Cal State Fullerton and his MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining WPMG, he spent six years with Total Risk Management Pty Limited managing private equity portfolios. Mr. Iglesias serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Castle Harlan Australian Mezzanine Partners, Deutsche Asset Management, GBS Venture Partners, Hastings Funds Management, and Quadrant Private Equity. Mr. Iglesias received his Bachelor degree, his Graduate diploma and his Master degree in Economics from the Australian National University.

Ilona Brom

Ms. Brom serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Gresham Capital, Enterprise Investors, EQT, Investindustrial and Sovereign Capital. Ms. Brom received a MSc degree in Economics/Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.

Laurie Coggan, CPA

Ms. Coggan is the Chief Operating Officer of the WPMG and responsible for the financial administration of the WPMG portfolios. Ms. Coggan has 19 years of financial administration experience. Prior to joining the WPMG, Ms. Coggan was Vice President at Trust Company of the West where she managed the administration of an $8.5 billion portfolio of private equity/alternative investments. Ms. Coggan received her BA from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining WPMG, he served eight years at the Australian National University as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce. Dr. Fleming serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Advent Private Capital, Innovation Capital Associates, Ironbridge Capital and The Longreach Group. Dr. Fleming received his Bachelor and Master degrees and Doctorate of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).

He received his MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and his BE in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jacques Youssefmir

Her past work experience include partner and general counsel for placement agent Triago and M&A lawyer in venture deals with Deloitte's legal team. Ms. Sarret began her career as a litigator in California. She received her JD from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and her BA from University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Private Equity Lawyers' Forum, EVCA, and the EVPA. Ms Sarret joined the WPMG in 2008.

Mr. Page serves on the trustee/advisory boards of partnerships managed iby Allen & Buckeridge and Equity Partners. Mr. Page received both his Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and an Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
