Mr. Allen, who serves on the Wilshire Private Markets Management Committee, manages the Wilshire Private Markets European Team and is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in Europe. Additionally, Mr. Allen is a member of the Wilshire Private Markets Investment Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Wilshire Associates. He has 20 years of global investment experience.

Mr. Allen serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Alpha, Private Equity Partners, Procuritas Capital, Quadriga Capital, Carmel Ventures and Odin Equity.

Mr. Allen received his BBA from Pacific Lutheran University, his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Ennis is the Chief Investment Officer of Wilshire Private Markets and serves on the Wilshire Private Markets Management Committee and the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors. Mr. Ennis also chairs the Wilshire Private Markets Investment Committee. He has more than 16 years of investment and transaction experience. Jeff serves on numerous limited partner advisory boards for funds managed by industry leading general partners and speaks and industry conferences around the globe. Mr. Ennis received his BA from Cal State Fullerton and his MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Iglesias manages the WPMG Asia-Pacific team and is also a member of the WPMG Investment Committee. He is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in the Asia-Pacific region. He has 17 years of investment experience. Prior to joining WPMG, he spent six years with Total Risk Management Pty Limited managing private equity portfolios. Mr. Iglesias serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Castle Harlan Australian Mezzanine Partners, Deutsche Asset Management, GBS Venture Partners, Hastings Funds Management, and Quadrant Private Equity. Mr. Iglesias received his Bachelor degree, his Graduate diploma and his Master degree in Economics from the Australian National University.

Ms. Brom is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in Europe. Prior to joining WPMG, she worked in corporate bond research, most recently as Vice President with Morgan Stanley (London). Ms. Brom was also previously with ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam. Ms. Brom serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Gresham Capital, Enterprise Investors, EQT, Investindustrial and Sovereign Capital. Ms. Brom received a MSc degree in Economics/Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.

Ms. Coggan is the Chief Operating Officer of the WPMG and responsible for the financial administration of the WPMG portfolios. Ms. Coggan has 19 years of financial administration experience. Prior to joining the WPMG, Ms. Coggan was Vice President at Trust Company of the West where she managed the administration of an $8.5 billion portfolio of private equity/alternative investments. Ms. Coggan received her BA from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Fleming is a member of the WPMG Investment Committee and is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in the Asia-Pacific region. He also oversees the WPMG Tokyo office. He has 13 years of investment experience. Prior to joining WPMG, he served eight years at the Australian National University as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce. Dr. Fleming serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Advent Private Capital, Innovation Capital Associates, Ironbridge Capital and The Longreach Group. Dr. Fleming received his Bachelor and Master degrees and Doctorate of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).

Mr. Harrison is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining WPMG, he held the position of Investment Manager with Funds SA, responsible for the development and implementation of investment strategies in the private equity and property asset classes. Mr. Harrison serves on the trustee/advisory boards of partnerships managed by BCR Asset Management, Business Management, Catalyst Investment Managers, Foundation Management, NBC Private Equity, Rothschild Australia Capital Investors and Technology Venture Partners. Mr. Harrison received his Bachelor of Business with Distinction from the University of South Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Mr. Minno is a member of the WPMG Investment Committee and leads the Global Venture Capital investment process. He has over 20 years of Private Equity investment experience. Prior to joining the WPMG, Mr. Minno was CEO of a venture-backed IT company; was a Partner with Point Venture Partners; and co-founded HP Russia. He serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Weston Presidio, Sofinnova Venture Partners, Domain Partners, Global Catalyst Partners and Saints Capital. He received his MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and his BE in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. van Eesteren is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in Europe. He has twelve years of investment experience. Prior to joining the WPMG, he worked in investment banking, most recently as Vice President with ING Barings. Mr. van Eesteren was also previously with NationsBank and Bank of America in London. Mr. van Eesteren serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by 360 Capital Partners, Gemini, Nmas1 Capital, Polytechnos Venture Partners, and TDR Capital. Mr. van Eesteren received a MSc degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Mr. Westwood is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of U.S. buyout investments. Prior to joining the WPMG, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Westwood serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Behrman Capital, Pegasus Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, Three Cities Research, and Water Street Healthcare Partners. Mr. Westwood received his BS from Villanova University, his MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Youssefmir manages the WPMG’s global coinvestment process. Mr. Youssefmir is also responsible for all legal issues regarding the WPMG. Prior to joining WPMG, he was Vice President and General Counsel for STM Wireless, Inc. and Associate with the law firm of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Youssefmir serves as an advisory board member of Sorenson Capital Partners. Mr. Youssefmir received his BA from Arizona State University and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Brummeler sources and conducts due diligence on private equity fund investments in Europe.  He received a MEng degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.  Mr. Brummeler joined Wilshire in 2004.

Mr. Humphreys is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining WPMG, he was with Russell Investment Group, responsible for advising clients on the strategy, implementation and monitoring of private equity programs. Mr. Humphreys serves on the advisory board of partnerships managed by Archer Capital, CHAMP Ventures, Gresham Private Equity and Gresham Rabo Management. Mr. Humphreys received his Honours degree for his Bachelor of Science from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Ms. Sarret is responsible for marketing and fundraising of WPMG Funds within Europe. Prior to joining the WPMG, Ms. Sarret was Director of Marketing for Access Capital Partners in Paris. Her past work experience include partner and general counsel for placement agent Triago and M&A lawyer in venture deals with Deloitte's legal team. Ms. Sarret began her career as a litigator in California. She received her JD from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and her BA from University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Private Equity Lawyers' Forum, EVCA, and the EVPA. Ms Sarret joined the WPMG in 2008.

Shunichi Umino is responsible for origination, due diligence, and monitoring of buyout and venture capital investments in the Asia-Pacific region. He is based in Wilshire's Tokyo office. Prior to joining Wilshire, he was an executive director with Morgan Stanley Japan working on private equity and hedge funds. He also has served in investment positions with a prominent Japanese pension fund. Mr. Umino received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Tokyo.

Ms. Wilson is responsible for the financial administration of certain WPMG funds and client accounts and their investments in buyout and venture capital funds. Prior to joining WPMG, she was Finance Manager to Aria (formerly the PSS & CSS Boards) responsible for all aspects of Aria’s and the PSS & CSS Superannuation Funds’ financial operations. Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Mr. Londoño conducts due diligence on U.S. venture capital and buyout investments. Prior to joining the Private Markets Group he worked in Wilshire’s Analytics Division where he conducted research on risk models. Mr. Londoño received his BS in civil engineering from the School of Engineering of Antioquia, Colombia, and his MS in Financial Engineering from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Mr. Londoño joined Wilshire in 2002.

Robyn is the Controller for the WPMG. Prior to joining the WPMG in 2007, she was a senior manager with KPMG. Robyn obtained her Master of Accountancy from the University of Southern California and BA from the University of California, San Diego. She also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Epstein is responsible for accounting issues within the Private Markets Group. Prior to joining Wilshire, she spent eight years as an accountant with Mitchell, Silberberg and Knupp. Ms. Epstein received her BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Ms. Epstein joined Wilshire in 2000.

Ms. Lang is responsible for the financial administration of certain WPMG funds and client accounts and their investments in buyout and venture capital funds. Prior to joining WPMG, Ms. Lang worked as a financial controller at a diversified asset management firm. She also has experience working for chartered accounting firms, specializing in insolvency. Ms. Lang received her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canberra and is a Chartered Accountant. Ms. Lang is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

Ms. Morin is responsible for accounting issues within the Private Markets Group. Prior to joining Wilshire, she was Assistant Controller with Jackson National Life Insurance Company. Ms. Morin received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Northridge. Ms. Morin joined Wilshire in 2001.

Ms. Ramirez is responsible for portfolio administration and client reporting. Prior to joining Wilshire, she was with Homestore.com. Ms. Ramirez received her BA in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Ms. Ramirez joined Wilshire in 2002.

Ms. Shayer is responsible for accounting issues within the Private Markets Group. Prior to joining the WPMG in 2007, she was an associate with KPMG. Ms. Shayer obtained her BS in Accountancy from the California State University at Northridge and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Steven is responsible for the financial administration of certain WPMG funds and client accounts and their investments in buyout and venture capital funds. Prior to joining WPMG, Mr. Steven worked as a senior advisor in financial services at a financial planning firm. Mr. Steven received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from Australian National University and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Steven joined Wilshire in 2008.

Mr. Kapadia is responsible for monitoring existing investments and analyzing new investments in the U.S. He also assists in due diligence on U.S. investments and valuations on secondary investments and coinvestments. Prior to joining WPMG, Mr. Kapadia worked as a Portfolio Analyst with Highland Capital Management where he sourced, analyzed and executed investments for private equity and distressed hedge funds. He received his BA in Finance from the Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Mr. Kapadia joined Wilshire in 2008.

Ms. Krikke-Fritz is responsible for investor relations within Europe and supports the marketing and fundraising of WPMG Funds. Prior to joining WPMG, Ms. Krikke-Fritz was with 747 Capital where she was responsible for investor relations, marketing and fundraising. She received her Bachelors degree in Business Economics from the Institute for Economic Studies in Amsterdam. Ms. Krikke-Fritz joined Wilshire in 2008.

Ms. Medina is responsible for portfolio administration and client reporting. Prior to joining Wilshire, she was with E Capital Financial. Ms. Medina received her BBA in International Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Ms. Medina joined Wilshire in 2006.

Ms. Ulczynski is responsible for investor relations within the U.S, and contributes to the marketing and fundraising of our U.S. Funds. Prior to joining the WPMG, Ms. Ulczynski was with Mellon Wealth Management in investment accounting, where she was responsible for family office accounts. She received her B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University. Ms. Ulczynski joined Wilshire in 2004.

Mr. Quinn is responsible for monitoring existing investments and analysis on new investments. He also assists in due diligence on U.S. Buyout investments and valuations on secondary investments. He received his BS in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Quinn joined Wilshire in 2005.

Mr. van Kooten is responsible for monitoring existing investments and analyzing new investments in the European region. He also assists in due diligence on Europe investments and valuations on secondary investments. Prior to joining WPMG, Mr. van Kooten was with Duff & Phelps where he developed advanced financial models and analyzed valuations. He received his BSc in Information Science from the University of Utrecht and a Masters in Finance & Management from Cranfield University School of Management. Mr. van Kooten joined Wilshire in 2008.

Mr. Bracamontes conducts due diligence on private equity investments. He received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. Mr. Bracamontes joined Wilshire in 2007.

Ms. Kunert primarily assists with marketing within the U.S. She also assists with investor relations and fundraising of the U.S. Funds. Prior to joining the WPMG, Ms. Kunert was a freelance writer. Ms. Kunert received her master.s degree in English from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.A. in English from SUNY Buffalo. Ms. Kunert joined Wilshire in 2007.

Mr. Luchetta is responsible for monitoring existing investments and analysis on new investments in the U.S.. He also assists in due diligence on U.S. investments and valuations on secondary investments. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Luchetta joined Wilshire in 2008.

Ms. Song is responsible for portfolio administration and client reporting. Prior to joining Wilshire, she was with California Bank and Trust. Ms. Song recieved her BA in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Song joined Wilshire in 2006.

Ms. Pruys organizes and coordinates all internal affairs in the Amsterdam office and assists the group administratively. Ms. Pruys joined Wilshire in 2006.

Ms. Brotto provides client service and administrative support to the Asia-Pacific offices. Prior to joining WPMG, Ms. Brotto worked with Armaguard.

Ms. Douglas is responsible for client service and data entry support within the Wilshire Private Markets Group.  Ms. Douglas joined Wilshire in 2000.

Formerly a Managing Director, Neville Page retired in 2007, but remains as a non-executive director of the WPMG's Asia/Pacific operation and an advisor to WPMG. Prior to joining WPMG, he was CEO of Total Risk Management Pty Limited, and CIO of Commonwealth Funds Management Limited. Mr. Page serves on the trustee/advisory boards of partnerships managed iby Allen & Buckeridge and Equity Partners. Mr. Page received both his Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and an Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
