Lawrence E. Davanzo
President

Lawrence E. Davanzo, president of Wilshire Associates and member of the Board of Directors, currently oversees the asset management areas of the firm including Wilshire Funds Management and Wilshire Private Markets. Mr. Davanzo, who first joined Wilshire Associates in 1977 and helped to develop the precursor to today's Wilshire Atlas investment analytics solutions before founding Wilshire Consulting in 1980, rejoined the firm in October 2004 as a senior managing director.

Mr. Davanzo left Wilshire Associates in 1991 to form Asset Strategy Consulting. In 2000, Asset Strategy merged to form InvestorForce, an Internet technology platform serving institutional investors. Mr. Davanzo began his career at Endowment Management and Research, the investment arm of Yale University.

Mr. Davanzo earned both his BA and Master of Finance at the University of Wisconsin.

James J. Dunn
Managing Director

Jim Dunn, managing director, is Chief Investment Officer of Wilshire Funds Management and Chair of the Wilshire Funds Management Investment Committee. Mr. Dunn joined Wilshire Associates in 2005 and oversees Wilshire Funds Management's manager research, portfolio management, and investment research functions. Mr. Dunn, a 12-year veteran of the investment management business, previously served as portfolio manager for all of Wilshire Funds Management’s hedge fund activities. Prior to joining Wilshire Associates, Mr. Dunn’s experience encompassed many years in the institutional investment space working primarily in the absolute return arena.

Mr. Dunn received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Villanova University.

Helen E. Webb-Thompson
Managing Director

Helen E. Webb-Thompson, a managing director of Wilshire Associates, is head of Wilshire Funds Management's Operations Group and is Wilshire Fund Management's compliance representative. Ms. Webb-Thompson also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Wilshire Mutual Funds and the Wilshire Variable Insurance Trust. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in compliance portfolio accounting and administration. Ms. Webb-Thompson joined the firm in 2003 and holds a B.A. from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Vice President

A vice president with Wilshire Associates, Peter Alliegro is responsible for client services for Wilshire Funds Management. Mr. Alliegro, who has more than 15 years of investment management and financial services experience with major national and international investment houses, has been involved in wealth management, financial sales, portfolio strategy and project management.

He earned a MBA in finance at Pace University and his BA in economics at the University of Delaware. Mr. Alliegro has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Bowen Campbell
Vice President

Bowen Campbell, a vice president with Wilshire Associates, is a member of Wilshire Funds Management's Multi-Manager Products Group. Mr. Campbell brings more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry with previous responsibilities for financial product management and development. He is responsible for the marketing and product management of the Wilshire Funds Management branded funds.

Mr. Campbell joined the firm in 2006. He earned an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University in Chicago and a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Campbell also holds NASD Series 7 license.

Cleo C. Chang
Vice President

Cleo Chang, who joined Wilshire Associates in 2005, is a vice president and serves as the head of the Investment Research Group of Wilshire Funds Management. With more than seven years of investment management and financial services experience, Ms. Chang is responsible for creating customized investment solutions, portfolio modeling and the formation and implementation of investment policy and process. Ms. Chang also is a member of the portfolio management team. Her previous responsibilities included manager research, portfolio strategy and product development.

Ms. Chang holds a MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Marshall School of Business and a MS in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California. She earned her BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Vice President

Joshua M. Emanuel, CFA, a vice president with Wilshire Associates, is the chief investment strategist of the Wilshire Mutual Funds and also serves as the head of Manager Research for Wilshire Funds Management. He has seven years of investment management experience. Mr. Emanuel has a BA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jim Gentleman
Vice President

Jim Gentleman, a vice president of Wilshire Associates, is a member of Wilshire Funds Management’s Multi-Manager Products Group. With more than nine years experience in the financial industry, including management and sales, Mr. Gentleman is responsible for marketing and selling the Wilshire branded funds, manager research, and asset allocation services to the financial intermediary market.

Mr. Gentleman joined Wilshire in 2006 and earned his BS in Political Science from the University of Eastern Illinois, Charleston.

Lucas Harper
Vice President

Lucas Harper, a vice president of Wilshire Associates, is responsible for business development activities for Wilshire Funds Management's Multi-Manager Products Group and Wilshire's hedge fund efforts.

Mr. Harper has ten years experience in various aspects of investment management including the development of domestic and international opportunities to distribute single strategy hedge funds and funds of hedge funds into various marketplaces and the marketing of manager research services (in the long only and hedge fund space) to consulting firms and plan sponsors. He began his career in manager research.

Mr. Harper earned his BS in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1998.

Trevor A. Jackson, Jr.
Vice President

A vice president with Wilshire Associates, Trevor Jackson, Jr. is a member of Wilshire Funds Management’s relationship management team. Mr. Jackson has more than 12 years of professional experience, nine of which have been in investment management and financial services. He has worked as an investment advisor to both high net worth and institutional clients as well as an equity analyst at a financial news start-up. He also spent a few a years working in television as a senior research analyst and sales executive.

Mr. Jackson earned his BA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Alex Kaye, CFA
Vice President

A vice president with Wilshire Associates, Alex Kaye is a Portfolio Manager in Wilshire Funds Management’s portfolio management team overseeing multi-disciplinary target risk and target date portfolios. Mr. Kaye has more than 14 years experience in the asset management industry, including involvement with portfolio management, client services, and institutional investment consulting. Mr. Kaye also has two years experience working in London, England. Most recently, he worked in a similar capacity as a portfolio manager of multi-disciplinary target risk and target date portfolios with a focus on developing strategic asset allocation solutions.

Mr. Kaye earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Allen Y. Kim, vice president, Wilshire Associates, is a member of the Operations Group of Wilshire Funds Management and is responsible for operations relating to alternative investments. He has four years of financial service experience, including research and market data analysis.

Mr. Kim joined the firm in 2006. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and is currently a Level II candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Luke O’Neill, vice president, is a member of the Manager Research Group of Wilshire Funds Management. He has eight years of financial services experience and is based in our Pittsburgh office.

Mr. O’Neill joined the firm in 2004. He earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Geneva College. Mr. O’Neill also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Matthew Radgowski, a vice president with Wilshire Associates, is a member of Wilshire Funds Management’s team. Mr. Radgowski brings more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry with previous responsibilities for financial product management, development, and sales. He is responsible for the product management, marketing and sales within the business unit.

Mr. Radgowski joined the firm in 2006. He earned his BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Jason Schwarz
Vice President

Jason Schwarz, vice president, is the head of the client service group for Wilshire Funds Management. He has eleven years of experience working with investment management, management consulting and financial services organizations. In addition to leading the client service group, Jason serves as the lead relationship manager for several of Wilshire's financial intermediary clients, assisting them with product development, marketing, investment and field sales support activities. Mr. Schwarz also is a member of Wilshire Funds Management's Investment Committee.

Mr. Schwarz joined the firm in 2005. He earned his AB in Government from Hamilton College and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Victor Zhang
Vice President

Victor Zhang, a vice president with Wilshire Associates, is the head of the portfolio management group for Wilshire Funds Management. Mr. Zhang joined the firm in January 2006 and has eleven years of financial service industry experience in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio management, and wealth management. As a portfolio manager, Mr. Zhang is responsible for the ongoing active management of customized multi-disciplinary and multi-asset class funds and portfolios. Mr. Zhang is a member of the Wilshire Funds Management Investment Committee.

He earned his BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Aysun I. Gelisen, a senior associate with Wilshire Associates, works in Wilshire Funds Management's Manager Research Group.

Ms. Gelisen has a MS in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

The Wilshire Funds Management team is based in Wilshire’s Santa Monica, California headquarters.

Funds Management is comprised of several functional teams. Manager Research conducts comprehensive due diligence on investment managers, serving two constituent groups within the company: Funds Management clients and Wilshire Consulting. Manager research staff are based in Santa Monica, Pittsburgh, and London. The Client Services team is responsible for all aspects of client relationships. Funds Management Operations manages the daily fund flows and rebalancing of our discretionary, sub-advisory relationships. Our Business Development Team plays a role in working with both prospective and existing clients.

Selected members of Funds Management sit on the Investment Committee which meets bi-weekly and oversees all investment decisions.
