Jeff Hapeman, who joined Wilshire Associates in 2007, is a managing director based in Santa Monica where he serves as Wilshire’s Chief Technology Officer. He also currently serves as interim manager and heads the product development component of the Total Fund Analytics division of Wilshire Analytics which includes Wilshire iQuantum and Wilshire Spectrum.

With more than 14 years experience in the technology field, Mr. Hapeman is a respected expert, having been sought out to serve on advisory boards for firms such as Cisco and Microsoft.

Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Hapeman served as the Chief Technology Officer for a large national accounting firm, where he led both internal technology operations and national technology consulting operations. Prior to this, he founded a technology consulting firm where he served as President and CEO from 1997 through 2003, when he sold the firm to outside investors. Mr. Hapeman is a graduate of Messiah College in Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned an MS in Evolutionary Biology.
