Peter Matheos, senior managing director and member of the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors, joined Wilshire in 1999 and is based in the Santa Monica office.

He is responsible for managing the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division, which provides fixed income portfolio analytics systems to financial institutions in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to his current role, Dr. Matheos led the Quantitative Research and Quality Assurance efforts for the Wilshire Axiom and the Wilshire Atlas. In that role, Dr. Matheos spearheaded the development of financial models and econometric techniques used today in Wilshire's technology solutions, including Wilshire's Global Credit Issuer Risk Model and Wilshire's GR6 Global Equity Risk Model.

Dr. Matheos earned his BA in Pure Mathematics from the University of Chicago and his PhD in Pure Mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles.

John Winslow joined Wilshire in 1996 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for managing the Research and Development team for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to his current role, Mr. Winslow managed Wilshire Axiom client relationships in the U.S. and South America, and participated in the development of fixed income analytics solutions. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Winslow worked for The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA on the fixed income trading desk, specializing in both active and passive portfolio management and derivatives. Mr. Winslow earned his BS in Finance from Rider College and his MS in Finance from Drexel University.

Mark Lewis joined Wilshire in 2006 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for managing the Global Business Development and Global Client Relationship Management teams in Santa Monica, Jersey City, London, and Singapore for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lewis spent more than 17 years in fixed income sales and trading to financial institutions, governments, foundations, and insurance companies throughout the United States, specializing in high grade corporate bonds, government agencies, and municipal securities. He has worked at Bear Stearns, PaineWebber, and Shearson Lehman Hutton.

Yong Liu joined Wilshire in 1998 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for managing the operations and technical service teams for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Liu was a senior secondary marketing analyst at Impac Mortgage Holdings, providing securitization analysis on residential and commercial mortgage loans. Mr. Liu earned his BA in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from Columbia University and his MA in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Elena Roytman joined Wilshire in 1984 and is based in the Santa Monica office. As a senior developer for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division, she is responsible for Wilshire Axiom design and development, database design, source code maintenance, and the incorporation of fixed income analytics into technology applications for other Wilshire Analytics divisions. Ms. Roytman earned her BS in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles.

Mr. Ang joined Wilshire in 2002 and is based in the Singapore office. He is a member of the Global Client Relationship Management team for Wilshire Axiom. Mr. Ang also advises on equity and balanced fund technology applications for other Wilshire Analytics divisions. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Ang was part of the United Overseas Bank Treasury team, involved in investment systems integration and reporting with focus on credit and market risks quantification. Mr. Ang earned his BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) in Finance and Marketing from the National University of Singapore. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Singapore.

Dan Baruch joined Wilshire in 2005 and is based in the Jersey City office. He is a senior member of the Global Client Relationship Management team for Wilshire Axiom. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Baruch was vice president in the Risk Control department of Bear Stearns. Mr. Baruch earned his BA in Economics and Sociology from The Hebrew University and his MBA from Baruch College.

Alana Garrop joined Wilshire in 2001 and is based in the Santa Monica office. She is responsible for all marketing, sales, technical, and client documentation for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to her current role, Ms. Garrop designed, developed, and authored documentation and sales materials for the equity, fixed income, performance measurement, and total funds management technology systems for other Wilshire Analytics divisions. Prior to Wilshire, she was documentation manager at NetForce, Inc. in San Francisco. Ms. Garrop earned her BA in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona.

Karen Richardson joined Wilshire in 2008 and is based in the Santa Monica office. She is responsible for business development for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to her current role, Ms. Richardson spent more than 17 years in fixed income and analytic sales to financial institutions, governments, foundations and insurance companies throughout the United States. Prior to joining Wilshire, she was vice president, sales with Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics (formerly CMS BondEdge). She has held positions at Dow Jones, J.P. Morgan and Shearson Lehman Hutton. Ms. Richardson earned her BS in Economics from Miami University.

Yigal Yonah joined Wilshire in 1999 and is based in the Jersey City office. He is a senior member of the Global Client Relationship Management team for Wilshire Axiom. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Yonah held positions in both the Structured Finance and Bloomberg Fair Value groups at Bloomberg Financial Markets. Mr. Yonah earned his BA in Economics and Political Science from The Hebrew University and his MBA from Rutgers University.

Nerses Ayvazyan joined Wilshire in 2001 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for developing quantitative and architectural enhancements for Wilshire Axiom. Mr. Ayvazyan earned his BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Vincent Cocula joined Wilshire in 2007 and is based in the Santa Monica office. Prior to joining Wilshire, Dr. Cocula was an application scientist and technical support and sales representative for COMSOL, Inc. In that capacity, he worked with engineers and scientists developing a Multiphysics software suite for finite element-based partial differential equation modeling. Dr. Cocula earned his PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, focusing on developing novel numerical algorithms in theoretical chemistry and molecular dynamics.

Sue Ann Leong joined Wilshire in 2006 and is based in the London office. She is a member of the Global Client Relationship Management team for Wilshire Axiom. Prior to Wilshire, Ms. Leong was a Fixed Income Risk Analyst at F&C Asset Management and a Portfolio Analyst at Allianz Australia Limited. Ms. Leong earned her Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Carlos Lopez joined Wilshire in 1994 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is the senior database analyst for the Database team in the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Mr. Lopez is also provides support to the Quality Assurance team. Mr. Lopez earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Shen joined Wilshire in 2001 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for several Wilshire Axiom developments and enhancements, including time series menu reporting, scenario analysis block trading, and swap curves support. Mr. Shen earned his BS in Computational Mathematics from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (China) and MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Shen is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, Inc.

Jeffrey So joined Wilshire in 1999 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is a member of the Global Client Relationship Management team for Wilshire Axiom. Mr. So also assisted in the development of the Wilshire Axiom Dynamic Cash Flow module. Mr. So earned his BS in Business Administration, with a core focus in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS), from the University of California, Riverside.

Robert Zheng joined Wilshire in 2005 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He is responsible for designing and developing the Wilshire Axiom database system for the Wilshire Fixed Income Analytics division. Prior to joining Wilshire, he worked for JonesTrading Institutional Services as an application consultant to build the internal trader portal application system. Mr. Zheng earned his BA in Computer Science from Nanjing Normal University (China) and MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
