David Hall, a senior managing director with Wilshire Associates, heads up Wilshire Equity Analytics, which provides the only complete global equity portfolio management analytic solution to meet the rigorous demands of today's investor. Mr. Hall, who also serves on the Wilshire Associates Board of Directors, joined Wilshire in 2005 and previously led a team of professionals responsible for all relationship management functions of Wilshire Funds Management.

With more than 25 years experience, Mr. Hall is an accomplished financial services executive with an in-depth knowledge of the investment community and its array of strategies, products and services. Prior to joining Wilshire, Mr. Hall was President and CEO of Plexus Group, an investment consulting firm specializing in transaction cost analysis. He also headed institutional and international marketing for the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 1989 to 1996. He received his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Totedo, a managing director of Wilshire Associates, is based in the firm’s Santa Monica, CA headquarters. Mr. Totedo is responsible for business development and marketing of the Wilshire Analytics suite of technology solutions, specifically equity, fixed income, balanced account and alternative asset risk management and performance attribution functionality. He has more than fifteen years of investment management and financial services experience having worked in fixed income and derivative sales and trading for several large banks in New York. He joined Wilshire Associates in 2001.

Mr. Totedo earned a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001. He is currently pursuing the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation.

Robert “Bob” Waid joined Wilshire in 1983 and is based in the Santa Monica office. He heads up Wilshire Index Research and Wilshire Indexes for the Wilshire Equity Analytics division.

Mr. Waid has been responsible for or involved with the Wilshire Indexes, including the Wilshire 5000 Index, during his entire career with the firm. His prior responsibilities included overseeing Wilshire’s Proprietary Investment department and Proprietary Research where he was responsible for the development, implementation and management of domestic long/short programs. During his career with the firm, Mr. Waid also has overseen Wilshire’s Database Systems Group.

Mr. Waid earned a BS degree in Finance with honors from the University of Southern California.

Boris Eyfer joined Wilshire in 1989 and is based in the Santa Monica headquarters. He has been a lead developer for the Wilshire Atlas^SM for most of his tenure. His responsibilities include development and maintenance of Wilshire Atlas modules, including stratified sampling optimizations and the Wilshire GR6 Global Equity Risk Model^SM.

Mr. Eyfer earned his BS degree in Computer Science and Minor in Math cum laude from California State University, Northridge.

Tracy Fleischer joined Wilshire in 1990 and is based in the Santa Monica headquarters. He has been a developer for the Wilshire Atlas^SM for most of his tenure. His responsibilities include leading the software development team and maintaining the engineering integrity of the system.

Mr. Fleischer earned his BS degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Edward Lai joined Wilshire in 1994 and is based in the Santa Monica headquarters. Ed is responsible for a team that manages all equity data processing, and oversees the design, development and maintenance of Wilshire’s master equity databases.

Mr. Lai earned his BS degree with honors from the University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong) and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Lai holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Phil Martinelle joined Wilshire in 1999 and is based in the New York office. A senior relationship manager for clients of the Wilshire Atlas^SM, he also oversees the Americas client servicing team for Wilshire Equity Analytics.

Mr. Martinelle earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, MBA in Finance from Arizona State University, and MS in Applied Statistics from Rutgers University.

Irina Nikolova joined Wilshire in 2000 and is based in the London, England office. She is the lead relationship manager for the clients of the Wilshire Atlas^SM in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In addition, she oversees the implementation of all new clients in the EMEA region.

Ms. Nikolova has a Masters in International Securities, Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre, University of Reading (UK), as well as degrees in both Management Studies and Business Administration.

Edward Rackham joined Wilshire in 2005 and is based in the Santa Monica headquarters. He is responsible for the management and implementation of research and development projects, and oversees the development of new risk, performance and other analytics functionality in the Wilshire Atlas^SM.

Dr. Rackham earned both a first class Master of Chemistry degree and a PhD in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry from Oxford University.

Mr. Ryan joined Wilshire in 2005 and is based in the New York office. He is responsible for business development in the Americas for Wilshire Equity Analytics. Mr. Ryan has more than 17 years of experience in selling analytical solutions to investment managers and hedge funds. He has held various positions over the years in the areas of both risk management and trade order management.

Mr. Ryan earned a BA in Economics from Villanova University.

Pushyamithra Santhanam joined Wilshire in 1998 and is based in the Santa Monica headquarters. She is the lead database administrator for the master equity databases and also manages equity data processing. Ms. Santhanam has more than ten years of experience in database administration and software development.

Ms. Santhanam earned her BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University (India), and she also has a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC – Pune, India.
