Ms. Loo joined Wilshire Associates in 1981 and is a member of Wilshire's Board of Directors. She heads the Performance Measurement Analytics division of Wilshire Analytics. Investment technology solutions offered by the division include Wilshire Abacus, Institutional Portfolio Monitoring Service, Wilshire iQComposite and Wilshire iQPerformance.

Ms. Loo received a BA in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Cosse is a managing director of Wilshire Associates. He joined the firm in 1990 and currently heads product development for the Wilshire Performance Measurement Analytics division of Wilshire Analytics. This includes the Wilshire Abacus, the Wilshire iQComposite and iQPerformance analytics solutions.

Mr. Cosse received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. Totedo, a managing director of Wilshire Associates, is based in the firm’s Santa Monica, CA headquarters. Mr. Totedo is responsible for business development and marketing of the Wilshire Analytics suite of technology solutions, specifically performance measurement and composite services to institutional investors. He has more than fifteen years of investment management and financial services experience having worked in fixed income and derivative sales and trading for several large banks in New York. He joined Wilshire Associates in 2001.

Mr. Totedo earned a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.

Mr. Woo joined Wilshire Associates in 1998. He currently is the head of client services for the Wilshire Abacus and Omega, the Quantum series' performance measurement, analysis and trade order management systems. Mr. Woo received a BS in mathematics and an MBA with a concentration in Economics from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Gollins, a vice president of Wilshire Associates, is responsible for managing client relationships, product management and client business development for Wilshire Performance Measurement Analytics, a division of Wilshire Analytics. In that role, he heads client service for the Wilshire iQComposite. He joined Wilshire in 2005 and is based in Wilshire Associates' Chicago office.

Mr. Gollins has more than 15 years experience in financial services, traditional and alternative investment management, including director of strategic planning and international development for the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and senior business development roles with The SAVO Group and Kemper Mutual Funds. Earlier in his career, he was selected to lead several international capital markets development projects with U.S.-based consultancies and the United States Agency for International Development in developed and emerging markets in Europe.

He received a MS in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology and BS in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst College. He served on the Board of CFA Chicago from 2003 - 2006 and chaired several committees.

Mr. Higa, a vice president with Wilshire Associates, joined the firm in 1996. He currently is the product manager for the Institutional Performance Measurement Service of Wilshire Performance Measurement Analytics, a division of Wilshire Analytics, and oversees the client servicing team and product development. He also manages the Quality Assurance team for the Wilshire iQComposite analytics solution.

Mr. Higa received a BS in Mathematics with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Alex Pound, a vice president, joined Wilshire Associates in 1986 and is based in the New York office. As a vice president and senior developer for the Wilshire Performance Measurement Analytics division of Wilshire Analytics, he is responsible for the business logic and persistence layers of the Wilshire iQComposite and Wilshire Omega analytics solution.

Dr. Pound earned his SB in Mathematics from The University of Chicago and his MS and PhD in Operations Research from The University of California, Los Angeles.
